Obstructed view making crossing road dangerous

When crossing the road at the bottom of Towcester road, coming from the village shop the view up the hill is badly obstructed by vegitation on the enbankment. The is not help by cars hugging the nearside trying to aviod the failed road in the centre as they come down the hill. The combination means that to get a good view of traffic coming down the hill you have to step into the road, The what three word reference for the crossing point is "mourner.escape.tells" The vegitation needs cutting back to clear the view. The photos are from the crossing looking up the hill.
