A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.

• I received an email to say the works were completed, when I checked very little had been done so I reported again using the same reference number to avoid confusion.its time the contractors completed jobs to an acceptable standard
