Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6873988.

The photographed barrier has rotted and fallen. It is a risk to the children and dogs who frequent the area.

  • This pedestrian barrier is yet to be removed from the front of our home as it has fallen due to rot. It is a danger in the location. Kindly let us know when it will be removed.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 73 days.
