The photographed barrier has rotted and fallen. It is a risk to the children and dogs who frequent the area.

This pedestrian barrier is yet to be removed from the front of our home as it has fallen due to rot. It is a danger in the location. Kindly let us know when it will be removed.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 73 days.
