Overgrown vegetation from properties in Sandover, causing obstruction to pedestrians on Butts Road. This has been reported to the parish council by a partially sighted resident particularly because some of the vegetation is thorny.

Investigation: Completed (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
