Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6878474.

Drain at end of Plum Tree Cottage drive and drain in front of 9 Manor Road both blocked and water backing up towards houses and across Manor Road.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 16 days.
