Large tv screen

The large TV screen was left near the bin but has now been moved to the alley way and been smashed so glass and parts of the TV are scattered around. There is a lot of wildlife, people who walk dogs, elderly, school children and others who use this path and it is a hazard. Please can it be removed. Thank you
