Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6907493.
The drain grid is blocked; someone has poured grease into the drain. Risk of flooding and slipping. Reported by no 16, in front of which the grate is located.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 62 days.
