Number 1 refusing rightnof way access to number 3 even though there is an easement on the land registry deeds fence between number 3 and 5 broken. I believebits a council property

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6921468.

Just taken property back from tenants. Number 1 will not permit access even though land reg shows that I have the right to use it. Number 5 I also believe is a council tenant, the fence between the properties is completley fallen down in places and needs replacing
