Dear WNNC
I have been requesting the kerbstone is replaced, following several repairs that have failed and the most recent repair that is shoddy workmanship, the most recent reference: 6947327
You have responded with "hank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately, our understanding is that there is a cable directly under the kerb next to the cat-v cover. Due to safety concerns regarding the cable, we would be unable to replace the kerb in its entirety. We hope this clarifies all of your concerns."
However the works carried out to add the cat-v cables were carried out by an approved WNNC contractor, i assume you approved the plans, so why add these to a place where this restricts maintenance ? Are you therefore saying these kerbstones will never be able to be replaced owing to the approved works by WNNC, that surely can't be right as kerbstones don't last forever !
This is an acceptable reason, cables were laid with WNNC approval, you need to contact the company that laid them and resolve this issue, this is WNNC's responsibility not mine.
Looking forward to more postive / constructive news from you, with the actions you will taking to replace the kerbstone.
