Major water leak, frozen very dangerous road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6963484.

There has been a water leak from a manhole cover in the verge for months and water has literally been pouring down the road, NOT A NATURAL SPRING.

The whole hill is sheet solid ice now and some vehicles cannot even drive up the hill.

There is going to be a serious accident at his location.
