DAMAGED CAR AGAIN! Another claim going in
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6964118.
This is the second time my car has been damaged by these craters in the ground. AWUL “patching” attempts. I am seeking legal advice about this matter against the council and also the people that are tasked with investigating these matters. They are not being “repaired” the whole strip of road needs resurfacing. Damaging my property again! Because the work is not being inspected after completion. Constant reports have amounted to nothing but poor repairs and a complete lack of responsibility for the welfare of pedestrians, vehicles and the animals that go up and down this road every single day. A person of authority that has the authorisation to issue a complete and thorough repair of this issue needs to be looking into this very seriously. My report will go into the council, and those responsible for managing the completion of works on this area. Get it sorted before someone or something is yet again seriously injured or damaged.

A works order has been raised which you can follow on 6843301 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 17/6/25 but we hope to carry out works asap
