This has been reported twice, and twice someone has been out to investigate. This has been marked as fixed on your website but the work has not been carried out and is incredibly dangerous. You cannot see in the dark the trip hazard on a very busy walkway.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
