  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • No it has not been resolved, the whole area around this bus stop is dangerously. Overhanging trees, overgrown bushes blocking half the footpath/bus waiting area, mud all over footpath, leaves and twigs on footpath. This whole area is an Health & Safety Issue

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further site visit was carried out and the vegetation was not cut back. Another letter has been sent to the owner / occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will take place after 14 days.
