Footpath obstructed. Safety issue.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7011096.

Privat hedge obstructing footpath. Location: opposite number 12 Towcester Road, Litchborough. Constant issue as hedge is never reduced to footpath boundary.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
