Ditch run off, blocked drain and believed to be a collapsed drain.

I have reported this but today identified a new problem. Last week a deep ditch was dug along the boundary of the field above this drain. This is now draining the field and directing this water onto the road near to the blocked drain. This is escalating the problem and probably means that after you clear the drain it will block up with mud again quickly. In addition, I have been told that the drain between this drain and the next may have collapsed, extending the flooding along the road.
