• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 73 days.

• Investigation: Completed (Fixed on site), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. Works were complete at the reported location on the 8th of October. Your enquiry will now be closed. If for any reason you believe we have not attended the correct defect, please inform us by raising a new enquiry.
