Blocked drain causing flooding - When it rains the water goes to 10 Nursery close, entering their drive way and 7 Nursey close right in front of their property.
Requesting a review of drains on Nursery close as the drains are still blocked at the top of the road leading the water to come to the bottom.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 73 days.
