Deep pothole just opposite turn to allotments

There is a deep pothole just opposite the turning for the allotments, as you are driving out of Northampton. At the moment there are traffic controlled roadworks just in front of it, which helps to direct traffic away from it. When the roadworks finish, it will be right on the driving line of vehicles leaving Northampton and could cause serious damage, as it is very big and very deep.

I damaged my cars suspension last night because this pothole has not been sorted. 16 days after being reported is too long to wait on this road which has heavy traffic and the pothole cannot be avoided especially at night.
