This pothole is dangerous and needs to be resolved before it starts to collect any more victims like myself

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.

There are 2 sunken drains and hudge potholes next to each of them. This issue needs to be addressed immediately as this is very dangerous for cyclists pushing them towards middle of the lane.
