Drain floods whenever it rains - must be blocked Floods down the road and becomes ice when cold and slippery. The water flooding down the road is causing potholes further south down the road.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 55.5 days.

Recent weather events have required us to reprioritise other essential works, which has unfortunately caused a knock-on delay to this activity. We are now rescheduling these works as a priority and will update the report with revised timescales within the next 7 days
