Blocked drain outside no. 27 Ilex Close, Hardingstone, NN4 6DS.
**Same situation still has not been fixed. No 27 garden is now flooded with water**
The storm drain is blocked and the lid has risen up due to the rubbish in there. The pavement and road around the drain has all cracked up to. Every time it rains it floods the surrounding lawns and properties. Anglian Water have been out and told customer it belongs to WNC who need to look at it. Full of rubbish - water won't flow away. Worse when it rains.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 55.5 days.

Caller has advised this was raised on a previous report under the reference of 6209791 and this still has not been resolved. Caller advised she is disabled and due to the issues around the drainage and the pavements caused by the blockage this can result in a serious accident for herself as well as any other members of the public. Caller advised she was going to be given a call back but still has not been given a call to advised what the update are currently in regards to this drain.
