Pothole - failed repair

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7102419.

As per title, repair northampton bound. there are x2 within 20yards. this has been repair just recently. please repair properly as your causing cars to move into the centre in a blind corner

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 18.5 days.

  • This pothole has got even worse over the past few days. It is now very big, very deep and impossible to avoid when there is oncoming traffic. As stated, this is a failed repair that has not long been carried out! Obviously not done properly in the first place, please get it sorted before someone really damages their car.
