22 gullies blocked from Manor Farm to Railway Bridge

Lots of mud on road and side gullies blocked by detritus

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 55.5 days.

  • 7106036 was closed as a duplicate. On 7 March 2025 a road sweeper was parked further up this road, although some of the road has been cleared, it the first 5 gullies are still blocked (first photo) 7106039 was closed as a duplicate. The eight gullies from the Young's nursery (now closed) to the layby are no longer blocked (second photo) 7106031 (this report). 9 gullies are still blocked by detritus and there is a large amount of mud on the side of the road (third photo).

  • This pictures are taken just after the railway bridge travelling from Blisworth to Milton Malsor. There are numerous blocked gullies between the railway bridge and Milton MX Park.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 7106031 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be 12.08.25.
