Council owned land encroaching onto my land due to damaged retaining wall.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7106853.

The concrete retaining wall separating your land from mine is collapsing and in danger of damaging my boundary fence. It is now within 1 cm of my driveway.
