Multiple pot holes and 'crowning' of the road

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7107179.

The whole stretch between brow of hill to Banbury Lane has multiple deep potholes and 'crowning' of the road to the extent that you can see scrape marks where people have got their sumps. When it rains you have no idea how deep the holes and you often have to drive on the wrong side of the road.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 55.5 days.
