Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7113132.
Requesting drainage down the embankment, the water is coming from Brington Road, through the embankment into our garden. It has now flooded private properties 22 and 24 Champions Fields Way.
Needs to be fixed asap to prevent another flood damaging their property

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 52 days.
