Overgrown tree causing damage

This tree has not been attended to in years & is very large. It's branches extends over my property. In the summer is a constant battle to remove stuck on bird mess. One of the biggest issues is there are branches that are falling onto my car & has caused some scratches. Some of the branches are enormous. This tree will only continue to grow and cause continued significant problems like blocking my windows and filling up my guttering.
