Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7162686.
There is fllod water under the railway viaduct direction towards clifton Left side - despite no raid for a fortnight the water has not drained - on monday 2 vehicles crashed as water being pickup by vehicles froze and casued black ice - i called the 01604 number and spoke to a Devon .. nothing has happened this is urgent

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 574860 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 12/3/25
