Continual flooding , access to a drive

Reported via mobile in the Flooding category anonymously at 13:07, Monday 24 February 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 22 hours, 47 minutes later. ref: 7179887.

There is continual flooding outside my house for years and we want to put a driveway in to escape the mud but there is flooding and a tree in the way. It is too dangerous for my elderly mum who broke her leg years ago on this area. She is now 87 and with Alzheimer’s and is moving in . There is no kerb so we assume we don’t need a dropped kerb but permission to make access over your verge . Others have made it into parking?

  • This is now past the 28 days and our drop kerb is due to be done in a month. The broken pipes need fixing before this . No one has been out and no one has looked in the manhole where the pipes are broken. This has been ongoing for years
