Completely Overgrown blocked public path

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7262458.

Picture are taken from Google, its so much worse now. Cars are parked right next to the "path" so no option at all but to walk in the middle of the road. You can not even see that this is a path

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
