Reported via desktop in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 18:31, Tuesday 11 March 2025
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7263267.
In 2016 (Street Doctor Ref 831173) Highways installed 3 reflective marker posts along the verge (council property). In Dec 24, all 3 posts were removed and there is evidence of vehicles mounting the verge, which has eroded significantly. The concerns expressed in 2016 remain the same: 1. Further wall strikes by passing traffic/overhanging farm machinery 2. Potential infrastructure strike by passing traffic/overhanging farm machinery 3. Potential damage to the footings/foundations which lie within the verge 4. Potential damage to mains water pipes which lie within the verge 5. Verge collapse 6. Damage to passing vehicles from exposed stone blocks.
