Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that the area Rights of Way Officer has inspected Public Footpath RA8 in the Parish of Abthorpe. Whilst our officer was able to walk this footpath, we can confirm that we have written to the relevant landowner to replace a stile on this route and clear any overhanging vegetation. We have requested that this work is undertaken within the next 8 weeks. This footpath is signed from the roadside and waymarked on available fences where there are stile crossing points.
