Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7273024.
Looks like a vehicle has driven up onto the verge and caused earth and mud to fall down and block the drain.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your recent enquiry, our Highways Inspector has visited the site and was unable to identify any flooding at the time of the visit. An initial drainage investigation has been raised and will be undertaken within 28 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 3 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 28 days. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 is 13 days.
