I am the owner of 16 Villa Way and the vegetation is the other side of my wall on adopted land and needs cutting back. I have spoken to Paul Conway at the council and he said to log on here as I did back in 2020 for you to come and cut it back. The current overgrowth is not on my property and has been overgrown since last summer. Kier had contacted me and I spoke to them and they said it was in hand and to leave it with them but it hasn’t yet been sorted. Many thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 18.5 days.
