Parking on double yellow blocking view of oncoming traffic

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7299487.

DPD van constantly parked on double yellow lines, most days - been parked there all day today. It is completely blocking view of oncoming traffic, car nearly hit another head on this morning. Plus it’s a bus route.
