Reference Number 7068682 This is an ongoing complaint.I received an email this week confirming that the work has been completed. This was clearly an error and I reported this by phone.I was advised to report again and use the existing report.The pothole has now increased is size and is now extremely dangerous for a cyclist. Vehicles including buses are going in this continually and the pothole is increasing in size daily.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 55.5 days.
