Traffic lights totally out of phase

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7323293.

The phasing of lights at this junction used to be just about perfect before the recent road resurfacing. Now it seems to be make little sense, offering priority to traffic in completely the wrong directions at the wrong time, and I'm not convinced the sensor loops are working correctly. This leads to unnecessary build-up of traffic westbound turning right into St Crispin Drive.
