Blocking the road with cones

19,Crestwood Close,they are blocking the road with cones for 2-3 years now. I would like to report it, because the road is not private, everyone could park there. Please could you do something, as I read you could remove and fines them. We are paying very high council tax, I would like if you do something, because this is illegal and they and other people who are living in Crestwood Close doing this for years. They are very rude, they said we couldn't park in front of their house, this is why they blocking road. I would like if you send me a copy about what could you do with this situation. Thank you.

19 Crestwood Close. There are cones on the road. I reported this problem 1 of April, the cones still there, nothing happened.

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to remove the cones from the public highway and a follow up inspection will be carried out.
