Sharp edges to pot hole, causing tyre damage. Difficult to avoid due to narrow road at blind corner.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 55.5 days.

  • Multiple potholes in the roads in the village of Chacombe and the access roads to the village - makes driving hazardous (cars swerving to attempt to avoid holes) and damage to car’s tyres etc.

  • Is that time frame a joke? I don’t think the road will be there by the time of that date. I’m surprised a motorcyclist hasn’t been thrown off yet it’s that dangerous and killed. Sort it out before then. How about we all stop paying our council tax until the roads are fixed
