Unable to access resident road

I am writing to advise that parents dropping & fetching their children are causing major issues in our road. I am unable to get into my own road and to my house. Parents are rude & aggressive not only to me but each other. Today 2 parents were being verbally loud with each other with a little girl in tears. Things seem to be getting worse and worse. If we had an emergency in the road no one could get in or out. Please can this be looked into? Can the police get involved or look into parking options please.
