  • A month since I reported this trip hazard on a public pavement and you have not bothered to do anything with it. Disgusting.

  • Investigation: Ongoing

Posted by West Northamptonshire Council at 15:20, Thursday 1 May 2025

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to fill the gap alongside the footway due to being a potential trip hazard. This is not part of the public highway and is on private property so is down to the owner/occupier to resolve this issue and because this is not public highway no enforcement action can be taken only advice given regarding it being a potential trip hazard.

State changed to: No further action
