Pothole with metal emerging!

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 10:58, Wednesday 2 April 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7375444.

Driveway exit No. 2. Pothole has deepened and metal is visible (just like outside No.6)! This will puncture tyres!

Whoever resurfaced this road in the past has done a cheap and lousy job! The whole lower road condition is scaled, holed, fractured. very poor previous maintenance. requires resurfacing as it is a "main road" and used when the motorway is closed as a "rat run".

  • Does your "inspector" need glasses?! There is a piece of metal protruding that will puncture tyres! I may not have worked in the Borough Engineer & Surveyors department for some eyars, but I recognise an serious problem still, when I see one! THIS IS URGENT!!!
