  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. We contacted the resident and they informed us on the 22nd April this matter had been passed onto the relevant housing association assuring us arrangements were being made. We would expect this to be resolved imminently. Though if this remains unresolved, we will pick this up on our next site inspection and follow this up.   • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the vegetation at this location is not currently meet the intervention criteria. We will continue to monitor the vegetation as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice this issue worsening, please inform us by raising a new Fixmystreet enquiry.
