Please Replace The Kerbstone

Reported via desktop in the Damaged/Loose category anonymously at 20:08, Friday 11 April 2025

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7423396.

Dear WNCC On 7th March i asked for an update on case 6958695. My question was "Hi On 9th January, you advised "Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. We will be conducting a GPR survey to get an in depth scan of the services surrounding the kerbs. We will update you when we have more information." The GPR survey has taken place as there is markings on the footpath Please advise when you will be replacing the kerbstone" This case was 7243141. On 7th March, you have advised "Thank you for reporting a fault. Officers will now investigate the concerns and this may take up to 5 working days. If you believe that your concerns are urgent then please phone us." On 27th March i re-reported the problem as the investigation has taken place as there are markings on the footpath. (Report 7348767) On 28th March you advised this was being investigated

Today, 11th April there is no update, no feedback, no response, nothing.

Please urgently advise when the kerbstone will be replaced, not just an investigation is happening, you have had more than sufficient time for that.
