Uneven and some parts 3 /4 inches deep / tarmac wearing away daily Top part of road 50% of length is damaged / Washington St Uneven road caused passenger to fall and cut their hand as tarmac uneven Causes damage to wheels on car Health & safety risk high with bikes / wheelchairs/ prams Lady who cut hand very distressed

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 55.5 days.
