Overgrown vegetation blocking footpath on Spellhoe Street

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7437268.

Overgrown vegetation from no. 15 Spellhoe Street is growing out onto the path, causing problems for pedestrians. There is no fencing so all the vegetation is growing out into the street. It needs to be cut back asap.

  • Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
