    Overgrown vegetation from no. 15 Spellhoe Street is growing out onto the path, causing problems for pedestrians. There is no fencing so all the vegetation is growing out into the street. It needs to be cut back asap.

    Investigation: Completed (Duplicate) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • Hiya This has still not been actioned still the same as to the photos sent on this matter they are creaking and cracking in the winds if these were to snap break not good for the nearby residents. 🙄🤔😔 I had them come down on me yrs ago in high winds when my back fence had come down and i sorted it out had to because of my dog and neighbours dog whose fence had done the same as i had their dog in my garden yet was actioned straight away why hasn't this been...? Now 2 months in from when reported.. 🤔😔😔

  • Hiya this has been passed to a 3rd party what does this mean going forwards will it just get left yet again for the numerous amounts of reports from neighbours and still nothing to be done what action can you take on this to actually get sorted finalised... 🤔 I filed the report on 15th April for the owner to have 2 weeks but nothing has been done can you please update me on this matter.
