Slabs are uneven.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7439469.

Caller has advised the slabs at the front of 125 Field Mill Road has current slabs that are severely damaged and need to be repaired. Caller advised this is causing a hazard for themselves as this has led trips and they would like this to be looked into to see what can be done about this. One slab is sticking out by 5cm at one end and the caller is concerned this can cause a trip hazard for themselves as well as the general public.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 18.5 days.
