Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 7439974.

Currently there is a large lifting platform directly outside of 61 Ashby Road. This platform 5m long, 2m wide and this is motorising lifting platform which is causing disruption for on going cars. Buses are having to go around pavements which is causing a further issue. If any advice can be given to assist this user.

The colour is blue and has been there since 7am.
