Blocked drain - From the light rain from yesterday it's caused the drain to overflow it's not flooding a property or road at the moment but it may soon.
Grit is in the drain and may be the main reason why it's blocked up. Drain needs to be revied and cleared out.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 55.5 days.
